About The House

More iron.
Less nonsense.

IRONHAUS started as a three-rack railway arch and a promise: build a serious training space with no gimmicks, no ego, and coaches who actually give a damn.

Our Story

Built by lifters,
for lifters

We were tired of commercial gyms — broken kit, queues for the squat rack, and "trainers" reading from a clipboard. So in 2014 we opened our own floor and filled it with the gear we actually wanted to train on.

Twelve years on we're still independent, still coach-led, and still obsessed with the details: platforms that don't wobble, chalk that's allowed, and a team that knows your name and your numbers.

What We Stand For

No Egos

Leave the attitude at the door. First-timers and competitors train on the same floor.

Real Coaching

Our coaches program for your goals and track your numbers — never generic plans.

Always Open

24/7 access on Iron & Unlimited plans. Train on your schedule, not ours.

Built To Last

Mobility and recovery are part of the plan, so you keep lifting for decades.

The Journey

From arch to institution

2014

Founded in a 4,000 sq ft railway arch with three racks, a rusty bar, and a lot of ambition.

2017

Doubled to 8,000 sq ft and installed competition platforms and calibrated plates.

2020

Opened the recovery suite — sauna, cold plunge and a dedicated mobility zone.

2023

Grew to 12,000 sq ft across two floors and launched 40+ coached classes a week.

2026

2,400 members strong, still independent, and still coach-led.
